NSCA was set at the River Walk area of San Antonio, TX. Lot's of great resturaunts..etc! Pat, Leo, Harvey and I had an easy time with such an experienced group! Seattle was a long trip because of flight layovers, but thanks to the hosipality of Sumner CrossFit, a brief visit with John Thrush and a visit with Coach Izzy Sanchez and wonderful wife Cathy - it was a great trip!! My trip to Vegas last weekend was a bit exhausting but worth getting the opportunity to meet the awesome people at CrossFit 702 and open the possibility for furture clinics / competitions. We'll probably see a few American Open competitors from this Box!!
Congradulations to Coach Veronica for earning 2nd place at this year's LA Fitness EXPO. Bob Takano drew a crowd and financial gifts to offer prize money to the top 3 Men and Ladies. So yeah, Coach V earned prize money on this select invitation to participate at the Fit EXPO. Yahoooooo!
